Types Of Raw Foodies
Basically there are 3 groups of people that are proponents of rawism and they can be subdivided further. Raw veganism chooses a variety from the food groups including vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds and sprouted grains and legumes. Still further some are strictly fruitarians, juicearians or sproutarians!

Raw animal food diets include any food that can be eaten raw such as uncooked, unprocessed meats/organs, meats/eggs, raw dairy and aged raw animal foods like century eggs, rotting (fermenting) meat/fish/shellfish/kefir, vegetables, fruits, nuts and sprouts (generally excluding raw grains, beans and soy).
