  1. Gratitude: Everyone knows about gratitude, but few follow the practice of gratitude. People who practice gratitude tend to be happier people. Start your day by writing down 3 things you’re grateful for. When you start writing down things you are grateful for, you feel empowered.
  2. Airplane Mode: Most people check their phones as soon as they wake up in the morning. Mobile phones are one of the major distractions in our lives if not used carefully. Spend some time in the morning in peace by putting your mobile on airplane mode for 30–50 minutes. Also, put your phone on airplane mode more often whenever you are working on important projects.
  3. Physical Exercise: Exercise is very important for a fit body and mind. Start your day with simple exercise like walking for 10 minutes in the morning and steadily increasing it day by day.
  4. Mindfulness: It has been demonstrated that practicing mindfulness through meditation improves wellbeing, fosters creativity, and offers much-needed perspective. Observe your breath for at least five minutes while either using a guided meditation or remaining silent.
  5. Daily Learning: Somewhere I read a good quote that says, “First you LEARN, and then you remove the L (learn).” One of the important habits of successful people is that they take spare time for learning on a daily basis. Set time for learning in your daily schedule—be it 10 pages a day or half an hour daily.
  6. Focus Time: Make focus a habit. Start with a 15-minute session with a focus on one activity. Gradually increase the time to 20, 30 minutes, and 2 hours.
