As Clubs & Programmes Manager, I lead a team of five members of the development team, focused on increasing the opportunities for players, members, and clubs to achieve their goals as part of the BE 2023-33 Strategy.

I bring 20 years of experience in sports development from Local Authority, National Governing Body and Youth Charity work.

What gives me my Badminton Buzz, is the accessibility of the sport. Badminton provides an opportunity to create community cohesion and a life long love of sport and physical activity.
