As Safeguarding Manager, I have the task of embedding the values and principles of safeguarding into the culture, environment and operations of our sport.

I’m here to support the badminton community, making sure appropriate training, resources and networks are in place to ensure badminton is a safe and positive experience for everyone.

With over 18 years of combined experience of safeguarding in policing and the sports sector, what I particularly love about badminton is the people. The enthusiasm of my colleagues, players, volunteers and officials for this sport is infectious and motivating!
